Josh Brannon
Josh is a 4th generation residential home builder. Growing up in the upstate of South Carolina, he was in and around the construction business his entire life. His family’s company, Brannon Builders Inc. has been in business since 1940. He obtained his residential home building license in 2009, at the age of 22. His experience and service are second to none. He inspects your home with the wise words of his grandfather “it’s not what the builder says about the house, it’s what the house says about the builder.”
